One lie that I'm telling myself at the moment is that I can do everything without needing to get my rest. I need to remember that I also need to relax but I've been wanting to do a little too much but I understand that.

I also think I've had a healthy perspective recently that you know nothing matters too much and just go for it but I also need to keep in mind that I need to respect people and yeah mind them a little more but I don't know I think you know things
