What's a really good smoothie recipe? Because I have been doing the same thing over and over and over again. And this summer I'm challenging myself to try all the different smoothies that people suggest. So let me know. But my current one, it's just really simple. It's either water or apple juice as the base. And then I add strawberries, bananas, mangoes, dragon fruit, blueberries. Just really whatever I have on hand. and then I'll add in some maca powder, spirulina powder, I'll also add some greens like spinach, and then I'll finalize it with some chia seeds and then blend. And that's just pretty much been my go-to for years, But yeah, hoping for a change, so let me know.

Look I don't even fucking drink smoothies I have milkshakes first you want to get three fucking scoops of chocolate ice cream or any ice cream of your fucking choice that you're going to put that in the blender right then you're gonna milk and then you're going to add brown sugar brown sugar and then you're just gonna mix it up mix it up mix it up and then you drink it

Banana and strawberry with Chia seeds and coconut milk or like vanilla ice cream I tried that before I did like strawberry and banana with vanilla ice cream and that taste really good

Dang girl you're doing the most all I do is almond milk strawberries peaches pineapples and mangoes and like a Splenda and then I make such it up and it's good as fuck but I want Cheez-Its to but I don't do all that oh I'm thing in my smoothie bowl though tried as a smoothie though
