So tips for healthy teeth, of course floss at least every night. Brush your teeth regularly. If you drink coffee or wine, brush them right after that. Use a water flosser if possible. I heard from dental assistants that it works really well and it could be better than actual floss. And get a good mouthwash, not those that are high in alcohol.

I would say that the biggest tip maybe is to understand that your mouth's microbiome, which is supposed to be there, is not the problem. The food stuck in your teeth, which is not supposed to be there, is the problem.

So I recommend changing your mouthwash philosophy and using a gentler rinse earlier in your routine to loosen up the junk that you're about to brush and floss away instead of destroying your mouth's microbiome.

What I do is a preliminary 10 or so second brushing just to get easy surface stuff off. Then I will rinse with one part peroxide, three parts water for about 90 seconds and then I will brush and floss regularly.

The peroxide acts as a mild sanitizer and of course it whitens your teeth, but I still mainly use the rinse to prepare my teeth to be brushed and flossed.

Another tip is to brush your teeth with water for like 10 seconds after you eat if you can. Remember the problem is the food sucking your teeth not the bacteria in your mouth.

So I would encourage you to look this up in addition to what I'm saying, but after you drink soda and coffee It's not a good idea to brush your teeth because those are Acidic so you might be brushing off some of the enamel, but just rinse with water

I've heard about water flossers. I've never tried it. Have you tried it? Do you like it?

I got a water flosser about a month ago and I've used it almost every night and I like it so much better than regular flossing and I feel like it works a lot better too.

Coconut oil rinks your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes, at least twice a week. Hydrogen peroxide rinks your mouth and of course floss.

Brushing in the morning and night mouthwash absolutely hopes and flossing cause that's a big difference Lawson well you'll see if you're making it like your field
