I prefer the strength training only because I do like when am I on pace and since I also have experience I do a split now and every single day is something different but with classes I feel like you just work on everything all at once
I'm such a weightlifting strength training kind of girl. As long as I have a program that I can follow to take away the decision fatigue, I'm good. But I love them more than I love classes.
