I don't know about you but the weather changes right now or drive me crazy and my body can't keep up and I kind of have a cold so what are immunity boosting things that you do like for example I try to take vitamin C I should probably do it more often but I feel like I was able to avoid most flu season but now I don't know what this is something contact me but do you guys do anything else like I am Are any other things I have I can pick up of the vitamin C right now

So I don't usually take like specific supplements or vitamins or anything but something that's really key for a lot of different things really it's just getting enough sleep I know sometimes that's not always possible but definitely getting enough sleep will help with your immunity as well
