I don't eat gourmet mushrooms much, but whenever I make soup or a stew, I usually throw either brown or white mushrooms in there. I forget what those ones are called.

Uh, just the plain white caps with the portabellos. And you gotta get on that shiitake or those, uh, those, like, oyster mushrooms or the trumpets.

Damn dude sounds like you're very very well-versed for a while I got a kit from Fungi perfect I calm are you hip to that Paul statements and fungi perfect I calm they sell like kits that you can grow on your countertop and Yeah, I had a oyster mushroom kit for a while and that was awesome. You just harvest them as they grow
