It is my time of the month and for some reason it's so bad for me this week and I pulled out my heating pad and I had some raspberry tea which is supposed to help but I'm wondering if you girls do anything else for your periods

I personally do not have period cramps but how I help my girlfriend's periods This crème is by drinking hot peppermint tea. Yeah, that helps.
