I actually really like this question. I feel like if you're the kind of person that maybe might need some space just for a little bit to clear up mind and like I don't know assess the situation then yeah take some time to yourself but if you feel like the situation is maybe too out of control definitely ask for help It's never, it should never, I guess, be a problem with asking for help.

Yeah, I'll definitely agree with Brez Kemble more here. It's definitely what you need, especially in a dependent situation and time to self. And if it's out of control, I'll definitely agree with that. points there.

Yeah, if you want generally time to yourself then I would say you know keeping yourself distant from everyone is a good idea but if you're feeling different to that then I would say approaching close people that you trust would be good to solve. Maybe go for a drive, whether it's going for a walk.

It is such a catch 22 and especially now because we think we're doing something by scrolling TikTok or you know and somebody's like look into my eyes you're OK it's not the same like everything in us when we're sad or depressed wants to be alone so if you can just reach out because IRL somebody is the only way out

I think you should get some help I mean well if it depends like if you're like doing it for months and months and months that's when you get hot but if it's just for like a little bit then you just probably need some alone time but at a point yeah you probably do need some fucking help

And I highly recommend talking it out with a friend, someone that you really trust because usually talking it out helps a lot. For me at least, speaking from experience, it actually helps a lot. And if you can afford getting professional help, that is also good. You don't have to wait until it's worse to actually do that. And apart from that, journaling can be great as well.
