Okay, now this is like the key to inducing lucidity in your dreams. It's called reality checks So throughout your waking life throughout the day, you'll perform what's called a reality check What I usually do is just look at my hands and you think for a moment Become aware of your surroundings and think am I in a dream or not And the idea is that if you do this like 10 times per day It'll transfer over automatically while you sleep and then you'll do that in your sleep you'll look at your hands and be like, am I dreaming? And you'll be like, holy shit, I am. and you'll become losing.
