Yes I'm actually on the Scott health journey with my holistic doctor and I've only been eating anti-inflammatory foods so I have a lot of kefir which is like a fermented yogurt and it's so good I also have sauerkraut to really add some probiotics into my body I eat a lot of turkey a little bit of tomato sauce I do a lot of veggies as well but should I CAL broccoli carrots and yeah if you wanna see more look at my Insta
