I am wondering what your favorite time is to go to the gym. I used to love going at night I don't know why I think it was a good way for me to end my day But now I enjoy going in the morning because I feel like it kicks ass my day and I feel a lot more productive Plus the gym is not too packed in the morning or not the one that I go to too. So yeah, let me know.
I'd like to go in the morning like around 5 AM and there's really not that much of a crowd at that time and I feel like it's a good way to start my morning
I'd prefer to go before noon or 2 PM just because I feel like it's super empty if I step into the gym after 5 PM it's like over for me at it's too much and it's too many people and I can never get the machines that I want because everyone and their mom are trying to get it
When no one's there, so either I'm going to the gym at like five in the morning or what I usually do is just work out at home because I don't really want to see a bunch of people at the gym to be honest but if I'm not going super early than I'm just working out at home.
I love to go to the gym in the morning I don't know I just feel really refreshed you know before eaten anything and all that good stuff just go to the gym knock out like an hour and then come back and start the day
My favorite time to go to the gym as ideally in the morning but I can't get up that early so I just go in the afternoon and try to be there like 5 o'clock rush
