Do you eat enough protein on a daily from you that's one of my main struggles so now my main goal is to eat 120 240 g on a daily afterwords I'll start getting an exact number but do you eat enough do you need to improve it or do you need to eat less protein
Yes you see I got to do what you're doing because you seem like you're on it with your protein intake today I to reach my protein intake actually a downed a protein drink of 30 g and then I ate a protein cookie along with it just so I can finally hit the mark as well
I get it it's OK we've all been there or if we're all still there well what helps me now is I was actually just telling somebody a couple of seconds ago that I drink a protein shake as about 30 g and then I started eating a snack which is a protein cookie which is about close to 15 g I believe and yeah I just get a bunch of snacks that are protein packed and I just down
I think I do. I struggle with it. I think a lot of people struggle with it because I mean my whole life I really grew up eating more carbs than I did protein and Now that I know the importance of it and you know how it's good for you I try and eat it at every meal if I can every snack But you know there's definitely some days where I don't and I slip up and that's fine but it's all about just like finding a balance I think.
Yes you get it that's will you put into words right now I was struggling to do because I had of the thought but I didn't know how to say it because just like you mention that we've spent all our lives mainly eating carbs and all of that stuff and I really prioritizing proteins so now that we're trying to do that we just wanna falling back into our old routines and go going back to carbs and yeah it's just about a healthy balance I'm starting to do 8020 and I love it
