I just spent seven dollars on a protein drink I'm not even drink because it's muscle milk and I saw it was okay cool protein with every little hung and I don't wanna eat like crazy bad food so just get muscle milk but here's the kicker muscle milk has a bunch of additives to make you gain weight which in itself is not bad like some people in one again way to get muscle and blah blah blah but if you're me I'm not trying to gain weight so now I can't have this pro seven dollar proteins
