Pezzi you make a great great point with the sleeping thing as well because it is so important and especially for women I heard I think it was on TikTok that we need eight hours of sleep compared to I think the six that men need something like that but it's it's it's immensely important
Yeah definitely self kindness and love is maybe number one going easier on oneself for sure yeah I mean I just learned that in the last couple of years and it's helped my life immensely
