Happy Sunday. So I woke up this morning just extremely grateful and really motivated and I want to set some goals for myself For this week. So I will share them with you guys I want to put more time into my business that I'm running and Then I want to do better with eating like healthier eating and being being more disciplined because I I will stop and get like Starbucks whenever I see it and I really want to stay away from so much coffee. And then I want to work out four times a week and I want to start a hobby and my hobby will be yoga. I want to get back into that because I used to love doing yoga. So those are a few goals that I have for myself but I would love for some of you guys to share There are some goals that you have for this week.
I am my goal this week is save money so I get paid weekly and I never manage to save anything by the end of the week my dollars to just save a bit of my pay
So my first goal is going to sound extremely silly but it's just a kitty hard with kids arms to get to the bank I know it sounds silly and for kids it was such a easy task but now with kids it's just it's a task it is a task if I need to go to the bank and I just in general I need to start drinking more water cause I have I keep getting headaches and I know I'm just not drinking enough water at all
