Do you prefer to go to workout classes and have someone like actually train you and you can watch or do you like to just go to the gym and just do whatever you want to do? I kind of prefer going to classes just because I like watching trainer and just seeing exactly how they do it and make sure I'm doing it right and I just feel like it motivates me to like go for longer and especially if it's like a set day and time of the week that definitely motivates me too.
Before having someone actually train me, because there's more personalised and you have more motivation to keep going and there's less slack and laziness. So that's my opinion personally.
I actually do for the go to workout glasses workout classes kinda motivate you to continue the workout versus just working out like at home I get distracted get on the phone something important comes up and then next and you know I'm out of the gym
