OK I just wanted to say that I have been dealing with mental anxiety for a long long time and I literally literally have had mental abuse since I was a kid and then getting older I didn't men that were kind of busy abusive and it made my brain hurt a lot and now I'm kind of feel like I'm back in stage one where I had to do were like you know Have to get my brain all over again which is fine I know this happens sometimes but I will so that like you know better than that my brain is really damaged from chemicals that is not fun I will see though meditation and just relaxing my brain and my body is just really nice even just working out really slow and breathing really slow Who is really good I just calmed everything down so if you like do a lot of stuff mentally just meditate I just go work out and take your time and breathe slow and it's OK who cares if you look weird I have a fucking weird off time who cares It works for me I don't often work for you but just thing is now

Okay, first of all, I just want to say I'm so sorry you went through such a traumatic thing My heart goes out to you and to answer your question about what I do I honestly like to put my phone on do not disturb watch a funny movie eat my favorite foods paint read Journal like doing things that don't stress me out and make me reconnect with my inner child, if that makes sense. I just feel like that's the way that helps me the most.
