So on a spiritual tip, I think it's because our soul is eternal. So a lot of times we're feeling like, you know what I mean? We should know more because of our soul, but we're just living a human experience with our body, so our soul makes us feel like we should have known to avoid the situation.

I always beat myself up and, you know, call myself stupid, say I can't believe I let this person do this to me. I can't believe I let this happen. You know, it's always harder to forgive yourself than someone else.

I'm gonna lie to you Sonya, I love that you said that because that's one of my issues. Like after I'm done with a situation, I had like a bad situation where somebody does something really horrible to me. I don't tell them everything I want to say and I be so mad later on I come back like man I should have said that.
