I actually usually have it on an incline person I guess because I feel like it feels better on my knees but you know my time weird but I just versus if it's just a flat surface I don't like that
No I actually don't but I've heard I should do this and not what I need to lose weight but apparently it's the best way to lose weight putting a treadmill on incline apparently
