So I've always liked to sleep in like a freezing cold room. Even though I hate the cold, I need to sleep when it's like really cold in order for me to actually fall asleep. And then I recently learned from my holistic doctor that that's what you're supposed to do. But it sucks in winter because it feels good when you're sleeping and then you wake up and it's so hard to get out of bed and then also hard to get out of the shower. I will still always sleep in a cold room.

Same I'd rather have a cold because then you can just put a lot of blankets on you and then if you get hot just take a layer blanket off

We sleep in between because I like it comfortable and cozy and my husband likes it cold. So it's just kind of cool. at 70.
