OK so it is the weekend after my first week of really committing to the gym and I'm tired I am so tired I don't wanna do anything today I do wanna go for a walk because I'm not gonna work out on the weekends but I do just want to move my body every day I'm gonna go for a walk I'm so tired yeah what are you doing yours off days how do you recover because I will keep going I'm like kind of like in this crazy delusional state because I have accomplished something and I wanna keep going and but I am yeah what are you doing y'all stay out these off
It's so hard. I try to take at least one day off but sometimes I do seven days but I don't work hard every single day. I will just do 45 minutes on the elliptical and that I count as a rest day.
I am on an off they are probably from raw sugar from rolling a try active recovery so at least you're still moving your body but not like you know do you know reps and sets or sign exercises or maybe give that a go and see how you feel
