I really do think that situation depends for mental health I'd say recognition drug such as weed is not really something people should do for like for pain relief and if it's like prescribed by a doctor then yes I do feel like that's appropriate and for mental health I really suggest I seen a psychiatrist and getting to the like for example antidepressants and whatever situation might be may be more beneficial
