Me too over thinking is a way for me to control or to feel like I have a sense of control and preparedness for my life in the world but you know life is unexpected in the various times so one of the best things that I have to practice and continue practicing is just you know these thoughts are going away but my actions are the one thing that I can make a habit right now for sure and so doing things and getting out of my head and just doing them helps to get past that
