Probably not to weigh myself every day. I used to get really obsessed with it and yeah, wasn't good for my mental health. But now I just do it every few weeks just to make sure that I'm still on track. I haven't had any blowouts.
I typically weigh myself daily sometimes I'll switch it outside once a week and use whatever it shows that one of the smart skills are use that as data to kind of figure out where I'm at with my goals
