Alright, we're putting some awareness on mental health. How do you guys manage your stress and your mental health? For me, I think it's all about just enjoying yourself, spending time with friends and family, loved ones, doing stuff that makes you feel good, like going to the gym and just looking after yourself, like meditate and just making yourself feel good.

I think like the main thing I do is just push forward and I'll recognize what's going on you know except the way that I'm feeling and try to rationalize with myself before I do or say anything crazy because I do have bipolar disorder So that's what I try to do like recognize that I'm splitting and then try to handle it in a responsible way

Definitely meditating minding my business of self-care doing things that make me happy I am just trying to stay away from other people they may bring you negativities and just bullshit in general

I really like punching the people around me knowing that I'm not the only person who gets hurt how many other people does it makes me feel good it's a good coping skill you also try it like punching people in the face kicking them yelling at them hurting them yeah pretty much yeah

First of all I pray to God and Diablo him to solve my problems but also I go ahead and try and talk to people and I try and decompress and you know I Canik version is the thing for me but you're not trying to decompress not to get too much anxiety but also try to talk to people and do things to not be too depressed

So I definitely am management mental health by going to therapy and then drinking tea during things like drinking tea listening to music and trying to stay physically active things of that nature
