Okay everybody, what is one positive that happened today? Whether it was a thing, a positive act, a positive thought or anything like that. What was your positivity today?

So I don't know if you wanna take this as positive bites my daughter did not nap yesterday but my partner took her out for a walk with his mom's dog well I went and did my second job

And so my daughter came home and just completely passed out at like 730 and that really happens by opposites to not having a nap and then going out for a while but during the day we take my car suffered

She had so many outbursts and just tantrums because she didn't nap but I'm kind of glad because she slept from basically 730 until it's like 643 in the morning right now she still sleeping so hopefully she sleeps a bit longer

A positive thing that happened to me today is going to the gym and feeling so good about it because especially in times when you don't feel like going you just push yourself. So that's it for me and that just makes it important.
