I have not heard of this when I was breast-feeding but what I did was I had a lot of body armor it's like that coconut base like it's not even a new drink I don't know it's like a Gatorade I guess and that helped a lot I'm also just eating

I try to stay on top of making sure I have snacks and meals throughout the day tons of water and what else did I do I pumped a lot I pumped really often and so that really helped with my production
