Am I the only one I feel like toxic positivity is just getting out of hand where you could have something happy my car broke down it's all right God's going to provide another car my mom died she's in a better place like shut up like allow people to mourn like anger matters to anger matters sadness matters like being toxically positive is a bad thing like what are you guys things toxic positivity getting out of hand is it getting stupid You can do whatever you want to do everybody can do they want to be OK this is not the truth

I see where you're coming from but based on the examples, I think people are trying to provide comfort based on what they know best. But I think it's important to just be silent sometimes and let other people vent and express how they feel.
