Running I just think running is really good for your legs or jogging I'm like a jogger I don't like to sprint run for somebody I have asthma so I was just like Joel maybe just walking really good like exercise

So what you do, the way you do it, a lot of that is going to be an arobe, an arobe, or however you call it in English. basically meaning that your muscles are working without access to oxygen.

So in that case your workouts are going to have to be similar. You're going to want to be developing what's called type X2 muscle fiber, which means anything when you're working without oxygen.

That's going to be anything with short bursts and heavy workload, short intervals, jumping squats or you can do heavy deep squats where you're working on your way down with a quick incline on your way up. But yeah, brilliant.
