Tapping in with y'all. How are your exercise goals going this year? Do you guys have any exercise goals? Did you have an exercise schedule you were sticking to and if so, are you sticking to it? I have been doing pretty good with my exercise goals. I have a goal of working out four to five days a week on my Peloton and I've been doing pretty good. Keep an up with it.

And also, do you find that you still work out on the week of your menstrual cycle when you're bleeding? I find that that is the most highest probable time I fall off on all sorts of physical activity. What about you?

So a peloton is a brand of a cycling bike so it's just a cycling bike and then it has like the classes and stuff like that and actually OK so my youngest just turned one in February and

And I was exclusively breastfeeding her and I've been working on weaning her. She's almost completely weaned and I still have not had my period yet. So it has been a long time since I've had one, so I have no help with the second question.

So my goal is to go to the gym at least once a week and I've been showing up for it. I know that the bar might seem low to some of you guys, but my hardest thing is consistency. and this consistency is getting me somewhere.
