What do you think makes a good leader? Are leaders born or are they developed?

My ideas on leadership come from like the military and my upbringing in the church.

I say that a leader has to have certain attributes in certain skills

Attributes that the leader has basically shapes his character you want a leader that has good character attributes The skills are going to be the things that the leader knows how to do

You're not just going to be born with those skills and attributes. Those skills and attributes have to be developed by the institutions that make up a civilization, starting with the family.

take it a step further, I'd say that society must teach the men to be leaders of the larger society because they are better suited for that role.

That's not to say that women can't develop those same skills and attributes. But the reality is she's better suited for rearing children. And when you remove her from that position, society declines.
