One unexpected thing about parenthood that nobody told me was that it doesn't matter how old your kids get that paranoia or fear that something is going to happen to them just never goes away like it doesn't matter how calm cool and collected I seem on the outside there's always like this little part inside of me that scared that somethings gonna happen to my kid I hate it I wish I could get rid of it but it is what it is
