What do you guys do when you're having a rough day to kind of turn it around I'm having a rough day is a little bit of a rough week a little bit of a rough year little bit of a rough life but I'll do my best to stay positive and I don't really talk about it a lot or try to let it get to me but some days it's easier than others and I'm just curious some tips you guys have or things that you guys do when you're having a hard time to kind of help you get through it and help you turn your mood around

I try to remember that this is just one moment in my life and that as time goes forward things will get better.

We go for like a drive little scenic drive it kind of helps him change everyone's mood or get like a special treat if my husbands home and it's an OK time I'm like I'll go to target or something

I like the idea of going for like a nice little scenic drive. Like that's really nice. That sounds peaceful and And Target always puts you in a better mood. I agree.

So for me it actually is music listening to podcasts about specific topics that I'm going through so if I'm going through some thing I would just like you to be like oh what are you do when you go through through how to get through this

And if not bad then I'll also I started taking therapy monthly I mean weekly so that has helped tremendously because I don't feel overwhelmed as I used to because like now I do

Oh that's a really good idea I've never thought about like looking a podcast about things that you're going through or like certain topics or whatever that's a really good idea and I think therapy is really good I think it's gray and I want to seem thinking about doing it myself but

I definitely get my coffee in and I'll listen to music and have a little walk and I spend time with my kids and just relax and have a midday and just remember how much I love my kids and that I am never

I can totally relate because it's been like that for me as well. But sometimes what I do is put on music and listen to it blast it in the house or just sit down and watch something on Netflix.
