This is a good question. I'll say Laquive Stanfield. I don't know if he's considered underrated or not, but I don't hear about him much, but I love his acting and pretty much every film he's in.

Jamie Foxx, just because I feel like he can do any role. Well, he can do anything, like even outside of acting. But yeah, I like Jamie Foxx.
