How many times a week would you say that you watch movies or shows or anything on any streaming service or any device for me I think I watch some thing at least every day it's pretty bad habit but it kind of helps me wind down

I mean every day yeah I mean I don't like just binge incessantly and you know in the Eno in an hour or two in the evening unless I'm on like vacation and just say I'm out doing other stuff but I always watch TV

That's my problem sometimes I have 1000 things to do and I procrastinate especially when something good is on TV because it really helps me and whine and sometimes I'm like well I already watched one show might as well just watch another one and then I push everything else out the window till tomorrow

Same me too it's kind of a bad habit sometimes cause I have a lot of things to do but I just enjoy it after a long day and helps me really unwind

Probably two times a week and usually the amount of days where I'm off I kind of just kick back relax and catch up on my TV shows.

But I will say, occasionally I would put on a TV show for a background noise when I'm doing other things. So like, it's occasionally maybe once or twice a month or something.
