I do go a few times a week, I've never really counted how frequently I go but I know if it's about three days, four days and I haven't, I can feel it in my body and I go for like Jokes literally, breath.
I enjoy the walks though. They're kind of grounding it away, especially in the morning or during like the middle of the day when I need a break in between like work.
I tend to go for walks almost every day I may do walks in the morning time but I mainly go after dinner to burn those calories so yeah I mainly walk almost every day
I don't go on walks that much. I feel like I've had a dog I would go on a lot more walks but I did just get a treadmill so I've been walking more recently.
