Well, yeah, I've thought about what I'm thinking about often. Um, I know that your thoughts change your behavior, your emotions change your thoughts and your thoughts cause your actions and, you know, I'm pretty familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy and all that. Um, it's just problematic because I have racing thoughts sometimes. I can't decide what I'm thinking about but then I have no thoughts and I'm just in bed sleeping and dreaming. Yeah, you're right though.
