You just need to get rid of all pictures of him. Anything about him you just need to get rid of it. Maybe you might try to move on if you want. But you just need to stay out of sight of him and do anything possible. Not just to remember him or do anything you guys did together. Maybe that might help.

i definitely like the second we broke up got rid of all of our pictures and i literally had people draw aside like 10 different like portraits of us together drawn and like he was so ungrateful and unappreciative of them all and i deleted all of them even though like i shouldn't because the one i looked really cute and maybe i could have cropped him out of it because they like oh my god i was it's so cute but sadly i deleted them all

Um, you know what, you should just not focus on dating. I think with anybody who gets out of a relationship, if they care about it, cared about it enough, and especially if they were in it long enough, dating is always going to remind them of it because you're constantly comparing, you know, just focus on yourself. I literally need to work on myself and stay away from it, but it's hard whenever, no matter what I do, I change my phone number, I delete my social medias, he finds ways, he talks to my friends, he tries to get, he'll just find me in public, like, mans will not leave me alone.

You need to get rid of all photos of him, any emails, and follow him on Twitter, Instagram, social media, and everything else online, you know, and then block, not really block him because most of these sites have a blocking list and then he follows with it. Get rid of any teddy bears, any gifts, get rid of anything, any material objects he has given you over the years.
