As someone that used to be a literal fatass, um, it isn't genetic, um, it has a lot to do with, yes, your metabolism, 100% for sure, but it also has to do with the activity you're doing in your day, um, the amount of food that you're eating, um, and the types of food that you're eating as well. Cause certain foods, like, you can eat a small amount of, but if it's like, has a ton of fat and crap in it, then obviously, you're gonna stay fat.
