So, the fact that you continue adjusting your footing or shrugging your shoulders, that shows that it's not enough weight. Now, nobody's saying it has to be very heavy, but just to the point to where, as you feel that you're flexing forward, you feel that tug on that area of your abdomen that's like maybe a palm's width above your navel, okay? You want that much weight to where you have to recruit a lot more muscle to do it, not just hinging. But good luck on that, for real.

Also, that would help you to keep a more adequate pace of the repetitions. Right now, you're repping way too quickly. So, you know what I'm saying? You'll do all right. Keep at it.
