You can't get mad, you can't get mad because a customer is upholding you to do your job correctly. That comes with customer service. If you don't want to do customer service, don't go into it because this is what is to be expected. This is a regular customer. When people go to the restaurant, when people go to any service industry, they expect customer you will get customers who will abuse this power.
I think she's wrong because she asked it for too much like she could have asked in like the first bit But it's kind of aggravating me. I know just because it's a video like it's a video I know that but it still aggravates me like it frustrates me How and why people do this like it's stupid like if you wanted something before Just do it and if you don't like the way she's doing stuff then leave. It's not that hard lady
For one, it's the um, customer's job to pack their own groceries, like don't be bloody lazy we do it here in England, so why can't she? And to be talking like that to the checkout lady, well it's just rude, she's doing her a favour by serving her in the first place.
Cashier lady could have acted better, but I totally get it, some customers can be so annoying, frustrating. And also, is that from a movie or a TV series? Or is it just a skit?
I know that's right. I would have done the same thing. First of all, people think this customer service, the customer's always right shit means that you could passively aggressively piss people off. Okay, hell fucking no. I know I'm past my limit to ever be in customer service on any kind of level because this would be me right here for sure. I will be going to jail this day. It is what it is. You have to be a cashier first before you come talk to me.
Yeah, the customer was saying very basic shit to her. Anybody who's worked at a grocery store knows that you go through training. And she should have known this, even if it was her first day. Oh, so, yeah, she was wrong for breaking that lady's eggs. I mean, she hadn't paid for him yet, but still.
