think that people can't cook because we have made it the standard to go out and buy all this food that's prepared for us that we don't actually learn. And it's not really passed down. And it's so normal to go buy food more than it is to know how to make the food we consume. And the really cool thing that I've been learning is how to make just the simplest things on my own and it costs less to prepare and it's way more fun and I can control the ingredients like desserts. Desserts are really fun to make. And then honestly, I just feel like if you try to make some of your favorite foods, like list like your top favorite foods and learn about how can you make those things. I literally just helped somebody to make, I think tea. And I had to go get the ingredients for the spices and it was so cool to like see the spices individually because usually I see the names of these things on the back of packages, but never do I see things actually like in their just form. And I really think that we need to make it more normal to prepare our own foods and learn how to do stuff ourselves. And then like be able to teach each other things and create things together. There's just a creativity in making stuff yourself. And I think that one thing that people in decades before may not have had, like things prepare more easily. I think that those things can be a break from preparing them more easily, but I don't think they should be the norm. It has to be a balance. You can have both in, but don't let comfortable like take away from the creativity of like being able to do stuff yourself.
