In my humble opinion the right way to place a roll of toilet paper would be down the bloody toilet after you've worked your backside get a grip

If this is about if you're an under over and over roll like it the pay toilet paper is over versus under I think it should be over so you can see how much you're getting

My toilet rolls have beards not mullets

The proper place to place a toilet to show all is in the garbage because if you don't have a bidet your butt is dirty you need a bidet and wipes that is off

This question got me googling and apparently in 1891 a New York businessman named Sam wheeler invented the handle and roll style toilet paper and on a little diagram it shows that over is the correct way but I feel under looks tidier
