Peace and prosperity to all. Happy Wellness and Wealth Wednesday. I hope everyone is well. You know, wellness is not just about if you are sick or not. It encompasses multiple dimensions like spiritual wellness and mental wellness. Today our focus is intellectual wellness. According to Michael Ebbinger, a director at WSU, the fundamentals of intellectual wellness are actively learning throughout life, being open to new ideas, being involved in creative activities, reading all sorts of works from authors, old and new, keeping updated on current events, participating in hobbies, and a connection to the arts. So how is your intellectual wellness? Share your thoughts with me in the comments. And if you'd like to know more about how you can increase your intellectual wellness, check out the link and join my ecosystem. Peace.
I would say that my intelligence level is cool. It's on a good level. Right now I'm taking a break and it's kind of like feeling like my intelligence growth is depleting because I can't find something stimulating enough to increase my intelligence level. But as far as having intelligence, I feel like that's pretty stable.
