Okay, I've been hearing so much like when it comes to yoga and Pilates in terms of benefits. So I'm just curious, do you do yoga or Pilates? If so, I would love to hear your experience. For me personally, I have done yoga a bunch in the past, but Pilates especially with like what is it called the performer machine? I'm kind of down for that. It looks really fun to be honest. So I'm looking to get a class or two to try it out. But yeah, I would love to hear your experience whether or not you've done anything like that.
I've done a little bit of yoga, not that much, not that much of yoga, I've done martial arts and you know, stretches and everything, it's more or less like yoga poses, so the stretchings that we do, stretches, other than that, I've never pursued yoga seriously, but I know there are definite health benefits if I do that, and I'm keen on pursuing it, Pilates, not at all interested, I'm not even sure what it is exactly, but yeah, yoga.
