Okay, because I just got over this stomach bug and oh my gosh when I started feeling it come on I was like, oh no And I already drink a lot of water as is so I of course drank all the water that I normally do plus more And then I started stocking up on like orange juice and ginger shots and kombucha and like all the great Things that make you healthy again. Oh and soup love soup And then also just like taking it easy I downloaded a bunch of tv shows and started reading more so that my body could be more relaxed and you know Be able to have a more speedy recovery. But yeah, that's what I do, but i'm curious what you do
Definitely hydrate more because I don't drink as much water as I should. Probiotics, elderberry, which comes in liquid form, don't get the vitamins or don't get the gummy bears because they're full of sugar. And Pedialyte, yes Pedialyte. It's got a lot of electrolytes in it and none of the crap that you'll find in like Gatorade, so it's good for you. Hell, even some pickle juice sometimes. I also just like pickles, but yeah.
I've heard a lot of crazy remedies over the years, but pickle juice? Wait, I have never heard of that one. And you know what? The next time I know someone is sick, I'm gonna recommend that. I actually love pickle juice. I know that's not everyone's thing, but okay, I see what you're up to. I'm gonna try it.
Pickle juice is another one that has electrolytes in it, right? It's also a good way to hydrate. It's got sodium and potassium, plus it's delicious and it has no added extra sugar or preservatives or God knows what else, like Gatorade, right? So yeah, and it's great for gut digestion. Also could lower your blood sugar. It's fantastic. I hope nobody gets sick. I hope you don't get sick, but in the case, yes, pickle juice, but also elderberry. Don't forget the elderberry. It's important.
