I'd say there's two main ones for me, obviously counting your steps and all that, all good for your health and fitness but as well as that, like notifications, I don't have to pull out my phone in public, I can just look at my watch and see what someone said and decide whether or not I need to respond to it.
You can count your calories, you get your notifications through there. I do think that it is quite useful but then again I think they make anything into technology nowadays.
