you know how fucking strange it'll be for someone to walk past my door in the middle of the night or even in the morning when everyone's awake and they hear someone fucking whispering in my ear like how do you explain that i mean i guess you could use airpods but i don't like wearing them when i sleep because they fall out and they're never fucking showing up again so how do you explain the fucking whispering that's that that's that's getting me right now
I ain't gonna lie to you, I feel like, I feel like I can answer this shit properly. Sometimes it really be wearing yourself out so you can't even like, so you ain't even got the energy to do shit no more, or like, exercise, right? Just force yourself to put yourself in exertion somewhere.
So the first thing I kind of think of is melatonin, but when I was having really bad insomnia that really didn't help me much. I think looking around and like what room you're staying in would help. Just check your surroundings, make sure you're not anxious about your surroundings. And definitely some sort of white noise or whatever kind of background noise helps. I'll make part two, hold on.
