So just in case anybody's wondering or question what's on the bottom that is not a tortilla. That is egg white which I separated from the yolk. It got herbs and spices inside of it and that's why it looks like that. Then there's turkey kebabs, skinned onions, stir-fried with the yolk on top. Then the next picture I add pepper jack cheese, more meat and onions, flip the egg. Then the final picture, you know different type of cheese, some herbs. Make it look that much presentable because a presentation is everything when it comes to cooking. I mean that's if you're somebody that likes to cook.
