Oh, Tammy, Tammy. Yes, it's okay not to be okay. It's okay to completely take yourself out of the loop so that you can recharge to better you to take care of you, even if you feel like you're sitting in it too long. No, you're sitting in it for as long as you need to. Evaluating your life, your days. Take your time.
Amen, amen, amen, and amen. Take some time, sit back, evaluate your life. All that shit is okay, you understand? All that shit's okay. Thank you for answering Ms. Black and being here.
Exactly, I think it happens to all of us at some point to feel that we are low on battery. But the important thing is to detect it and try to find a way to recharge the batteries. Either doing something we like, talking to someone who understands us, listening to nice music. Because usually when we are like this, we tend to pull down more than up.
Sydney Tammy, I've missed you and yes, that's what I do. I listen to a lot of music. I've stepped back and tried to recharge my batteries, tap into myself and try to feel better because when you pull away and I try to fill my cup back up, it usually helps and it's so much better. Thank you. Thank you for being here. Thank you for your support. Thank you for being a...
I have definitely been feeling like this Tammy and, excuse me, there are moments where I'm just content with the ebbs and flows of not being okay or things not being okay but, you know, there ain't too much we can do about it. Much love to you.
That's how I feel. Ain't much you can do about it. It's life. You gotta make sure you flow the fuck up out that shit. Don't stay there too long. That's all I feel about it. Like, you know, make the adjustments and changes you need, but ain't much to talk about. You just gotta... You gotta be okay with yourself and how you are and keep that shit moving. Thank you for being here.
I feel like this today I ain't doing nothing else. I played some video games but that was too much for me. My heart was racing and I just couldn't handle it so I got off of that.
Yeah, I was feeling like yesterday like watching a TV show, and some of my vices are causing me a little extra energy that I don't need, so you know what, I've listened to my music and just stepping back into some quiet spaces, and sometimes silence is the answer. Finding some quiet spots, finding some step back places to just kind of relax and meditate definitely helps. It helps a lot.
I'm rising Tammy and yes you are right. Life do be lifin' out here sometimes and for me when life is lifin' I like to seclude myself away from people like I like to legit go in a bubble and that's okay. I'll come back out when I feel fine. You out of all people are like one of the strongest people here on stereo Tammy and like you say we are down for a little bit but we will push
I've felt like this at times as well. Sometimes I feel not okay and then I feel down and stuff so thank you for sharing this. It's okay to not be okay. Much love to you, Tammy.
Too often people try to hide their feelings or suppress what they are feeling in order to move forward. It's an absolute wrong formula. You have to acknowledge where you are at or how you are feeling in order to transition from feelings to thought. So that you can figure out how to get past it all. Shout out to you for the post.
